This gives us an idea of ​​what the house looks like and we are happy to explain all the steps of the rental process. This is also a good time for you to ask all your questions!

It is very important to us that you are aware of all the steps during the rental process. We take all your worries off your hands and we are happy to tell you how we work. We will also explain our proposal regarding the property with you.

Good photos should not be missing in order to make the property advertisement. Our photographer will visit the house at a suitable time to take beautiful pictures. The photos of the house are the first impression for a tenant, so it is very important to photograph the house properly!

A good advertisement should of course not be missing. The advertisement in combination with the photos should make the potential new residents enthusiastic. Our rental team prepares the advertisement after which any additions or adjustments can be made in consultation with you.

Now that everything is ready, we can put the house on the market. Of course we do this via the well-known rental platforms, our own website and numerous smaller providers. In addition, we also use various social media platforms and we share the property in our extensive network of other brokers and expat agencies. In this way we ensure that the property ends up with exactly the right candidates.

Several candidates have now applied for the house. We call these candidates for a first telephone acquaintance and to schedule the viewing. During the viewings, we guide the candidates individually and provide the correct information about the property. After the viewing, we will send all candidates an email with 'what to do for the next steps'.

After the viewings have been completed, we receive the rental proposals and the requested documents from the candidates. We ask potential tenants to send us extensive (financial) information. In addition, we use our own screening tools so that we have a good complete picture of the candidates. We assess this information and discuss our findings extensively with you as a landlord.

Now that we have found a good match between your home and the new resident, we can draw up the rental contract. We are aware of the ins and outs and the latest developments in the field of tenancy law. We will draft the correct contract form, which we will go through together with you to explain everything step by step. Then we share this with the new resident and then proceed to (digital) signing.

After the contract has been signed by you and the new resident, it is time for check-in and key handover. During the check-in we inspect the house and we record this with photos and we prepare a check-in report including the meter readings. After receipt of the rent and the deposit, the keys can be handed over. Time for (Hendriks Housing) champagne!

We are standing for personal contact and long-term relationships. We also offer administrative, financial and technical management. If you choose this option, we are the point of contact for the tenants at all times, you will be completely unburdened in this process. If you do not opt for management, we are of course always available for you for questions and we are happy to help you with the rental of other properties.
